Opposites don’t always attract
Inside isn’t outside
There are a lot of minerals in the human body. Valuable ones. Many humans try and influence them by ingesting supplements to add or subtract the subsets to meet some made up equivalents. It’s like a chemistry experiment. With this in mind, what does the inside of your body feel like? Years of use don’t always result in a better machine. But that can change. Noting the overall variety of what you are attracting to your insides for a week serves up surprises when you are not accustomed to doing so. If you plan on really improving the condition of your guts, start with this plan: notice what your body sounds like an hour after eating. You can even notice what your body sounds like an hour after you normally eat but have skipped the meal. If you haven’t thought about using your own self as a magnet, stop waiting.
Take Five
Each week this year, read through the suggestions and see how they call out to you.
- What is your favorite craveable food to consume? Is it a magnet?
- Are you open to making one meal change?
- Are your eating habits sentimental, lazy or motivated?
- Do you know what happens to food when you ingest it?
- How would you rank the health of your organs?
Come back each day to see if something changes about the effect of an activity. Repeat choices to identify different thoughts. You are not the same person every day. Your life shouldn’t be either.
