Foundations can Crack

Plants placed near concrete and asphalt need excellent conditions to thrive. Amended soil, good fertilizer, correct watering and a watchful eye can result in growth. Humans don’t necessarily grow well out in the wild. It may be the lack of good care. It may be the constant poor conditions. It may be the fact that the attention provided is not well suited to the needs at each age. Growing good humans can occur accidently though. The motivation for a person to take care of themselves must kick in early enough to make up for some other missing facets. Some humans grow better alone also. Especially when they are trying to grow on the inside. It is almost as if being a better human requires those quiet moments to hear what is needed. When environments are loud, it is more difficult to determine what the noise is about. When the door slams and the human goes outside, the decibel changes turn on a new part of the brain. If there is more than the usual amount of yelling, the emphasis in the brain is on safety. The outside inhibits the needs of the inside. Seeking alone time is not fully understood if it is not a naturally accepted need. But for some humans, being alone is super enjoyable and necessary. Society doesn’t always like it when people turn down the chance to spend time together. But to avoid the possibility of cutting off some new growth, tend to yourself and grow alone now and then.

Shoots are sprouting

Option #1: Do you feel good growing by yourself?

Option #2: Can you stand a lot of environmental noise?

Option #3: What can you do to nurture yourself?

That’s it. After you choose the option that best describes how you can grow better, take a few minutes to describe why you chose that option and what action, if any, may come next.
