It turns
It is still at the top
Noticing how a head moves is pretty low on the list of required daily activities. But when you realize that, you immediately consider how valuable it might be to wonder if there is any benefit. Your head is where your brain is located and that seems to be in near constant use. It’s a physical wonder that heads actually stay balanced on top of our bodies at times. They do feel heavy at times and grateful when laid on pillows after longish days. Humans spend a fair amount of time engaged with care of the face and hair but pay little attention to the purpose of the muscles holding that important anatomical treasure in place. You are probably moving it around right now as an acknowledgment of that lack of attention. This is a week to notice where your head is at. Literally.
Take Five
Each week this year, read through the suggestions and see how they call out to you.
- Move your head on your neck gently. What happens?
- Do your hair and make-up match your vision of yourself?
- Do you pay attention to your ears or are they decorative?
- Can you articulate your thoughts on the hue of your beautiful skin?
- What is your resume around kissing?
Come back each day to see if something changes about the effect of each activity. Repeat choices to identify different thoughts. You are not the same person every day. Your life shouldn’t be either.
Live Alive.
